Maria Moody - Office Manager and Frame Stylist

Maria has an extensive background in fashion and style, including being a finalist in the Miss Teen Indiana pagent.  She manages our frame selection and can help you select that "just right" frame to reflect your unique personality.




Ciara Windhorst - Optometric Technician
Ciara joined our staff in August, 2009, after working for an optometrist in Muncie, IN.  She has skill and experience in frame styling, optical lens selections, contact lenses, and insurance.  Ciara and her husband, J.D., live in Greenwood.



Adam Moody - Optometric Technician
Adam worked in an optical lens lab prior to coming to Moody eyes.  He helps with patient work-ups, frame and lens selection, and frame adjustments / repairs.  Adam and his wife, Megan, live in Perry Township.



Dr. D. Penn Moody - Optometrist / Owner
Dr. Moody has been practicing for over 30 years.  He founded Moody Eyes to give his patients the personal attention and quality vision care products they deserve.  He has extensive experience in general eye care, contact lenses, medical eye care, and LASIK.



Dr. Heather Adams - Optometrist
Dr. Adams joined Moody Eyes in April, 2008, from the Indiana Vision Improvement Center.  She brings a unique combination of thoroughness and the personal touch of a woman's perspective to our practice.  She primarily sees patients on Thursdays.  Dr. Adams and her husband, George, are raising their two sons in Center Grove.
